Role Overview

A Passive Optical Network (PON) Installation and Maintenance Worker is responsible for deploying and maintaining fiber-optic access networks that connect service providers to end users without powered devices in the distribution network . This includes installing optical line terminals (OLTs), passive splitters, and optical network units (ONUs) or terminals (ONTs) at customer sites . Installation Responsibilities
